Mybet365 Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

To use mybet365 services, you must register an account by providing accurate and current personal information. During the registration process, you agree to:

• Register only one account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Mybet365 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit

• The minimum deposit is RM 30. Maximum deposit limits depend on the selected payment method.
• All deposits are processed instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method.
• Mybet365 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges.
• Deposited funds may only be used for betting purposes on the mybet365 platform. A mybet365 account must not be used for money transfers or banking purposes.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50. There is no maximum limit on withdrawals, though large withdrawals may require additional verification.
• E-wallet withdrawals are processed within less than 3 minutes after verification. Withdrawals via bank transfer are settled on the same day during banking hours.
• All withdrawals must be made to an account registered under the same name as your mybet365 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Mybet365 reserves the right to impose turnover requirements on deposits before withdrawals are permitted, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.

5. Bonus and Promotions Policy

General Bonus Terms

6. Fair Use of Platform

8. Account Termination

Termination by User

You may close your mybet365 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before the closure is processed, all eligible balances will be returned to you once all withdrawal requirements have been met.

Mybet365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account without prior notice if:

• You breach any of the terms and conditions set out in this document.
